Since 2018, Tithe Ethical Consumption Movement (TECM) of Fullness Social Enterprises Society organises an annual youth competition with an aim to promote the concept of ethical consumption and social entrepreneurship among young people. The competition also hopes to strengthen youths' creativity to help generate awareness for the social enterprises of Hong Kong.
Entering the 10th TECM, this year TECM is co-hosting the fourth annual youth competition, Market for Good Youth Competition 2021, with digital marketing agency Fimmick. The competition invites youth to produce creative social media posts to promote social enterprise and its products. After the first round of submissions, Fimmick will provide a tailored-designed KOL (key opinion leader) training course for the top 20 finalists! The contestants will then publish their post on instagram, the top 3 posts with the most likes and comments will win cash prizes and a chance to work at Fimmick's social enterprise, Eldage, in the summer of 2022!
